South of the kitchen on the west side is a full bathroom and separate bathtub and shower. Then to the south side of the bathroom is a utility room with washer/dryer hook up. East of this is the isolated master bedroom with French doors and 3 large windows on the south side as well as a beautiful original built in stained glass that extends across the south wall above the French doors, 2 large windows and a door on the east side. 1 large window and a door to the utility room on the west side. Large walk in closet on east side. Across from the full bath I have made an area for a half bath. Second story opens into a large commons room for visiting. North bedroom has French door to a balcony. 2 large windows (1 on each side) for sitting or display items. West side bedroom large with 2 windows. Extra large bedroom on the east side with 4 large windows. Each bedroom has a closet with a unique separate storage above and door to open. Then on the south you have a large kitchenette with farm sink and beautiful cabinets. Plenty of space for a table and chairs as well as a refrigerator. This has French doors to a covered balcony and additional doors to a large open area balcony with wrought iron fencing and a antique spiral staircase to the deck and porch below. There is a full bathroom with ball and claw tub and a built in vanity with space for seating and 4 drawers. A window to the covered balcony and large window to the west. Has wrap around shower curtain rod. There is a small house outside with 3 windows, room for twin bed and dresser. One enclosed area with a shower, sink and toilet. Needs a little work.
