Rent this condo for just a little more than it cost to rent a short term condo for a week. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably, has smart TVs, high speed internet and cable TV. The complex features a gated pool beach showers on the pool deck and beach walk-over. Dedicated 2 parking spots/passes. Ask me about off-peak or short term pricing. Minimum 30 day rental, rental rate shown is for May-August. Off-season rates are lower. No pets/smoking allowed in the unit or public areas(balcony is okay.) No addtiional utility fees; $225 cleaning fee due at the end of the stay. $500 deposit required to book which will be refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay. $500 security deposit due at check-in.
