Heads up that the canal needs a new weed gate, so the canal can get weedy at times. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of the booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Pets allowed. There's a cap on electric ($200) and water/sewer ($150) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
