Looking to sublet our home in Boulder from September 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022. Our place is part of a duplex in north Boulder. It's been a great home, and we are definitely sad to leave it. It is a 2 bed/1 bath place. Living room and nice kitchen - washer/dryer and washing machine. We have a nice big garage and big fenced backyard. Our place is also pet friendly with extremely reasonable pet rent. If you want to see our place, I'm happy to let you tour it. Landlord covers water and trash (and obviously parking is free). No smoking.
