Rent is payable monthly on the 1st of each month, and will be prorated for move-ins/move-outs not on the 1st of the month. Tenants pay all utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage and internet/cable). Refundable Damage/Security deposit: $2250 due at lease signing. Maximum of two pets, with prior approval; proof of current vaccination and license required. There is an additional $45/month rent per pet, and an additional $450 refundable deposit per pet at lease signing. No smoking indoors
