This property is super quaint! *Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not able to continue renting this property, so I'm helping the owner find replacement tenants. The owner's name is Marina, she is extremely sweet, she is spanish speaking as well, and is just looking for someone responsible who will take care of her first home. -The home is very nicely painted, I love the colors, every room has a fan, Master has a fairly large walk-in closet, one of the spare bedrooms has a walk-in but smaller. -There is an electric fireplace in the family room with a heater, the kitchen and both bathrooms have granite counter tops, the kitchen has a farm sink, complete with dishwasher, microwave, flat stove/oven, and refrigerator. I just replaced the filter for the water/ice maker in the fridge and the air conditioner filter will be brand new as well. -En suite has a stand up shower and jetted tub along with dual sinks. -Guest bath has stand up shower with single sink. -Some blinds are broken, in the master I have curtains so it doesn't really affect me. -There is an 8-camera system around the house from the company Q-see, you just need to get the app and hook up a monitor if you want to keep watch inside the home and Marina will have it hooked up if you don't know how to set it up. -Extremely nice neighborhood, neighbors are very friendly and nice, the mail box is right across the street so no need to walk far -Tenant needs to supply your own washer and dryer. -Front door is locked with keypad, 3 working garage door openers supplied, master and one guest bedroom have locks with different keys. -Big attic for storage -All tile floors -Down the street from waterford lakes, right next to publix and a wawa -NO PETS *In order to see the home, need a picture of your drivers license as well as proof of employment (ID or pay stub). Application via Zillow. Tenant responsible for electricity, water and internet/cable/phone bill. Owner takes care of the lawn.
