The entire unit has central AC and heating and is located on the first floor of a 2 floor building. The unit comes with it's own parking space, which is located directly under the unit in a carport. Rent will be $1600 a month and includes water, trash and the parking space. Electricity, gas and internet will be billed separately. Laundry is near the parking and each 4 unit building has it's on laundry area. Each unit has a storage area in their respective laundry rooms. The community itself has a pool and grill area. The other bedroom is also being rented out currently so I ask that everyone be respectful of each other. Lease will be a minimum of 12 months followed by month-to-month rent. Tenant or landlord must give a 30 day notice prior to lease termination. The security deposit can be used to pay the last month of rent. Please no smoking inside the unit and be respectful of the parking spots. There are guest parking spots as well in the parking lots if you want guests over.
