Parking: Two (2) designated off-street parking spaces are provided for the Lower Level Suite. Any overflow or guest parking must be arranged with the landlord in advance. No commercial vehicles or RVs are permitted to park on the property overnight. Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING. Smoking (including vaping ) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit. Lower-Level Noise: As a lower-level unit, tenants must be considerate of the upstairs residents regarding noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
