You won't find a more convenient location for an active Northern Michigan lifestyle: Destination Ideal For Boyne Falls / Boyne Mountain-5 - 10 Minutes. Skiing, Snowboarding, Golf (Alpine/Monument), Avalanche Bay Waterpark, Ziplines. Boyne City - 10-15 Minutes Lake Charlevoix access, boutique dining, marinas, and local events. Petoskey- 17-25 Minutes. Shopping (Gaslight District), waterfront, healthcare, and higher education. Walloon Lake - 5-15 Minutes . Beautiful village and lake access. The Vibe: Cool in the summer, quiet, and cozy a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes or the links. Warm in winter after fun at Boyne Mountain. Due on the 1st of every month. Non-refundable fee covers background check and credit screening( $35 per adult ) Assessed if rent is not received by the 5th day of the month. Fee $50 . Due upon lease signing and refundable at move-out, contingent on property condition. Lease term minimum 6 months. Tenant is responsible for clearing snow and ice from the private lower-level entryway and designated walkway. Parking: Two (2) designated off-street parking spaces are provided for the Lower Level Suite. Any overflow or guest parking must be arranged with the landlord in advance. No commercial vehicles or RVs are permitted to park on the property overnight. Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING. Smoking (including vaping ) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit. Lower-Level Noise: As a lower-level unit, tenants must be considerate of the upstairs residents regarding noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
