Condo walks out onto patio and back yard, ready for BBQ cookouts and side yard is great for lawn games, tanning and more. Location is just a minute from Angle Pond and less than 10 minutes from Great Pond, both terrific for boating, jet skiing, swimming and watersports. Walking distance to Hannaford's Supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, sandwich shop, chinese food, Dunkin Donuts and more. Host can provide further details about lake access and is happy to host boating/jet ski excursions including watersports (water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, etc) for nominal additional cost. - No smoking or vaping inside or on the patio. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors. - No pets - Max occupancy: 3 people (with optional twin bed). - No loud parties or extended overnight guests ( 2 nights) without approval. - Keep the unit clean and report any damage immediately. - First/Last/Securty deposit paid up front
