The upper level has the kitchen, bathroom, and a large bedroom with big windows facing south onto the front lawn, all recently remodeled. The dishwasher is brand new, installed last week. The lower level has an enormous bedroom, walk in closet, and laundry room with storage. A large window and smaller window both face south, bringing a lot of light into the lower level. The pictures show the beautiful backyard with huge trees and a well kept lawn ... no weeds ! just grass ;) Tenants have their own off street parking. The lawn mowing and snow shoveling are shared with the owner 50/50. The utilities and trash are shared with the homeowner 50/50, and are consistently $170/month. The deposit is one month's rent. First month's utilities are due with first month's rent two days before move in. This is a no smoking unit, and that includes pot. During the summer, the lawn is mowed regularly, alternating between the owner and tenants. Snow removal is shared also. Renters insurance is not required but is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
