The basement has a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as plenty of storage space. Although the parking is on the street, there is always room in front of the building to park. The building is well positioned to walk to the train station, the wonderful Food Co-Operative where most residents shop and find wonderful foods, many imported from other countries. You are within walking distance to many local shops, as well as the library. If you like to run, there are many sites, withing walking distance. We are Pet Friendly. Apartment will be available for occupancy on February 1st to March 1st, 2019. Tenant pays heat(gas), hot water(gas), electric, and gas for the range. The lease is a one year lease, after which it goes month to month, with sixty (60) days prior notice of termination required. I am pet friendly. There is a $25/pet rent required as well as a pet deposit. The pet deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage.
