*Price just reduced multiple times - but note that we are looking for a July 1 move in, and price will go up again after that point as we will have more time* We are looking to rent our spacious, 1-bedroom English basement at 4th and M Street NW in Mt. Vernon Triangle. The new tenants will have access to the shared back patio, which is quite nice in warm weather. You can also use our gas grill. We are a short walk to the yellow and green lines (Mt. Vernon stop), and a 15-minute walk to the red line in Chinatown. We are right between Shaw and Chinatown, with easy access to all that both neighborhoods have to offer - including multiple groceries stores and an incredible number of bars and restaurants. We love it here. I'm not 100% about the square footage, but I think 800 is about right. It is on the bigger side for one-bedroom apartments in DC. It may actually be bigger than 800. Note: While the apartment otherwise looks identical, the floors shown in the photos were replaced. The new ones are significantly nicer, but are a bit darker in color. No cat or dog fees - we have a cat and a dog (a 160-pound Newfoundland!) ourselves. We pay water, you pay electricity.
