Access to Greenway is close by at either 434 or Redbug. UCF is roughly 30 minutes away. No smoking in home. If you decide to smoke outside you are expected to keep yard clean of cigarette waste. Tenant is responsible for Water/Utilities (Oviedo) and Power (Duke Energy). Both require deposit, though Duke will wave if you already an account. You will have to change this into your name before you can move in. We will also be doing credit and background checks on all applicants. There is a $50 application fee.
