Two story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, newly refinished wood floors, ceiling fans throughout. Just installed energy efficient split system ACs last month. Lots of new, energy efficient windows for plenty of natural light. Washer/dryer hookups (just built a full size washer/dryer shed on the back porch to free up kitchen space), tankless water heater, off-street parking, back porch, and big backyard. Xeriscaped landscaping in front yard, full of lovely native species that pop with colorful blooms in the spring and summer. Large backyard with ample space to play catch, build a garden, or just take in some sun. I planted several new species in the backyard in early spring, with more on the way. Nice, big back porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. I'm currently in the middle of renovations (sanding and refinishing the wood floors, new mini split ACs, painting, etc), but have not yet finished. The photos I've posted here show how it has looked and can look - but it's a blank slate right now, with lots of exciting possibilities.
