Kitchen is equipped with Keurig as well as 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, food processor, spices, salt & pepper, and olive oil. Smart tv in living room has Samsung Free TV. You are welcome to sign into your personal Netflix, Disney+, etc accounts. Single car garage with opener. Fenced backyard! Available for stays of 30 days or more! This lovely little 3/2 duplex is a great home away from home for whatever brings you on an extended stay to the Temple area! Utilites, internet and basic cable all included in rent. Rent due on the 1st of each month. Host is responsbile for routine maintenance and repair. Please let us know as soon as you notice an issue so we can address it as efficiently as possible. Damages that occur as a result of residents (or their guests) negligence may be the resident's responsibility. This is your temporary home and we want you to welcome friends, however, we do not allow large parties or events and host must be notified of overnight guests who stay longer than 3 nights. No smoking/vaping or illegal substances anywhere on the property - this includes outside. We will charge and added fee of $250 if there is evidence of these actiities. Dogs are welcome upon approval from host. Pet fee is $150 for the 1st pet, $100 for the second. Maximum of 2. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. You are expected to clean up all pet waste on a regular basis.
