It has a balcony connecting to the bedroom, and is 2 blocks down from the bottom of the U of U campus. Close to trax and downtown SLC. I'm looking for a female roommate that is clean and chill. There is already a cat in the apartment so no more pets are allowed, sorry! Move in is anytime this month of February. Lease starts March 1st No Smoking allowed. Unfurnished. Renter Pays for utilities. Security deposit and first month's rent due before move in. Pets may be allowed with prior approval from landlord. No Smoking.
