Beautiful townhome, great location, & great neighborhood. Recently painted & had floors redone with high-quality laminate wood. Near I-15 for quick travel north or south. It's also within a mile of a front-runner station. Great dining, shopping, & outdoors areas near the home. There is a private pool & gym in the neighborhood accessible to all in the Thanksgiving Meadows neighborhood. We manage the property ourselves and make sure our tenants are happy and everything is working properly and you are taken care of. We are looking for quality tenants who will treat it like a home. We have lived here ourselves for the past 2 years and love the neighborhood and people in it. No smoking & no pets. 2-car garage & driveway space for parking as well. HOA is included in rent. Utilities not included. However, I am happy to pay them and forward invoices. Internet is the same as utilities. We have a great provider for $40 a month, but if you would like to find your own provider that is okay as well. Lease is a minimum of 1-year and we would consider a 2-year if it fits for both parties. All appliances are included and some furniture can be negotiated to be left as well.
