However, we've been blessed with several other opportunities and don't have the time right now. So, we thought that maybe someone could use the opportunity of a short term, reduced price, 6 month lease on this property. We are going to repaint and re-carpet the unit. The pictures are from before we have replaced those items. The washer and dryer do come with the unit, if desired; however, we do not offer and warranty of service on those items.
