    What's special

    This is a private room for rent inside a house. You will have shared areas with 2 others inside the house. I am asking for 850/month. This will include utilities, PG&E, garage parking and also WIFI. You will only have to pay the 850/month. The place is furnished but you are free to use your own things if you would like. The master room is also available in case you like more privacy but the room will be 1100/month. I ask that you are looking to at least rent for 6 month. The terms are as followed: -meet me at the place get application and to see the room(you can also complete application on Zillow) -proof of income(pay stubs for 3 months) -credit score (if credit score is low, I will need to see that you have sufficient funds in bank account) -2 references (1 supervisor/boss from work and 1 from previous landlord) -there are two people you need to share areas such as the: the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc. with so you must be able to cooperate with each other. Out of the two here, one person has been with me multiple years so they are good people. -PGE and utilities are all inclusive so you only have to worry about paying the rent, but AC/heater use is monitored -Absolutely no pets and no smoking
