Our cabin is located on Drummond Island, Michigan overlooking Potagannissing Bay, Lake Huron. It is in a resort association called Misty Harbor Commons , a 50 plus community. Association dues cover property taxes, utilities, well maintenance, lawn care and building maintenance. The dues amount are determined by owners association budget. The cabin is a well maintained 2 BR, 1 bath ( 525 sq ft). It has newer roof & windows, newer laminate floor, new refrigerator ,newer stove, new memory foam mattresses and bed frames, new bedroom dressers, new light fixtures and ceiling fan, new interior paint, new hot water heater. It also includes an aluminum boat lift for up to an 18’ boat (1500 lb). The community has 7 member owned cabins and one owned by the association for guest use. There is a garage for storage with a laundry area, a storage building by the water for boating supplies and work room, community fire pit, fish cleaning station, small boat launch and floating docks.
