Typically I have a UCSC student as a housemate and am looking for a studious, tidy, and friendly person to live with. I am tidy, like spending time outside, and enjoy a tranquil house. About the house: 1 room available single family house, available as soon as August 1st, 2025. Private room (approx 10x11) with shared bath, built-in closet and shelves. LOCATION: Santa Cruz, CA close to the beach, downtown Santa Cruz HOUSE: A 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, appliances and utensils. In-home laundry. ROOM - Room is approximately 10' x 11' with built-in closet (approx 6' wide) and shelves. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer available in home. RENT: $1600/month (Utilities included). First and Last month's rent are paid in advance. SHARED AREAS include kitchen, living room, yard, laundry, and storage closets. UTILITIES: Electric, water, WiFi, sewer and garbage included with rent. DEPOSIT: $300 security deposit. This is refundable, if you do not cause property damage such as adding additional holes or paint to the wall, return room in the original state, return keys, clean the room including floor, and prior to this, give a one-month advance notice for departure as noted in the lease.
