This was an older cabin that was updated for short-term rental by previous owner with concrete countertops in kitchen and mini-split AC. It's located close to the top of Eagles Nest so there are some nice views and plenty of wildlife. Currently there is a small fenced area in the back for letting a small dog have some outside time. The road is paved but narrow near the top so drivers need to yield to each other; however since it's a dead-end road that's not been an issue. It's quiet and private, with the closest neighbors having been there a long time and wanting the same. Deer and foxes are regular visitors. Renter pays electricity and internet. Owner pays water, septic and trash. Renter takes care of the minimal yard maintenance (if desired, since property is primarily left natural).
