We have been told it is an old stage coach stop\hotel from the late 1800s and the layout, with blocked and added doorways, lends itself to the claim. I believe it could contain 7 bedrooms with 2 living rooms converted back to a single unit. The city of Marquette has currently suspended the re-zoning needed for B.and B. and vacation Homes. Call the city offices and inquire as to the current status as I was told it could change. Title work is completed and is free and clear. 317 High is a registered rental unit and is routinely inspected by the Marquette city Rental inspectors.
