Renter would have shared use of the entire house, with exclusive use of up to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the top floor. All utilities included. Looking for $1000 for one bedroom, $1200 for two, or $1400 for all three bedrooms. The house will be shared with myself and my kids, so a good fit with my family is a must. Since children are involved a criminal background check will be required. Please note: Room paint colors have changed since pictures were taken, more than willing to have renter repaint to suit their taste if they wish. Lease terms are negotiable.
