Downstairs includes a laundry area, half bath, 2 twin bedroom with desk, and a media room with games, toys, futon, and TV. Pets accepted on a case by case basis. Please inquire within. I am also available to be your personal guide to help plan and coordinate anything you need. We are pros at vacation rentals, so we are happy to provide you with the benefits of a "host" for your lease agreement. We can help arrange meal prep services, laundry services, transportation, and more. This home will be ideal for a group of young professionals or a family who are looking to have the benefits of "hands-off" living with the privacy of a single family home with a huge yard. No need to make a big investment in furniture, household items, kitchen supplies, or any of those big items that increase the burden of getting your own place. No smoking in the house or within 25 feet of the home. One designated parking spot in the front driveway along with the ability to park up to 5 vehicles in the driveway off the alley. Street parking is plentiful. Tenants will be responsible for bringing trash to the bins in the backyard. Maintenance teams will bring the bins too and from the curb each week for pickup. We can accommodate as short as 30 days and we are willing to negotiate long term leases. We can also accommodate month-to-month leases with a 60 day notice to terminate. *If Utilities consistently exceed reasonable amounts, we will want to monitor the house for leaks or other issues. We kindly ask that tenants are respectful with their usage. Absolutely no electric vehicle charging unless a prior arrangement is made because the current panel cannot support that.
