All work was done to preserve the fine details, character and ambience of this noble 1901 Victorian / Edwardian transitional home. This home has brick walls 18" thick, and was built by Frank Brewster. The house is listed in the local Register of Historic Places. In 2018, a new patio and pool deck were poured, as well as new zoysia sod planted in the backyard. Upgrades are ongoing.
