Separate house with 1 bedroom, restroom, full kitchen and living room space. The house is all wood planks and wood floors so it's necessary to maintain the space tidy and clean. If you don't like cleaning regularly, you might not like the work required for this home. Close to grocery stores, laundromat, bus stops, metro train station, pharmacy, banks and restaurants. We're looking for two people max, stable job and proof of income. We will be asking for references, $1,500 deposit and about $30 to cover gas which is shared between everyone. No parking is available. No pets. One year contract. After that the rent is on a month to month basis. Possible negotiation for a cancelled contract before the 12 months depending on the situation.
