You'd be taking the third bedroom with a shared large bathroom. Your total portion of rent would be around $1500 (utilities fluctuate), and you'd join our month-to-month lease. You'd also pay the $1450 security deposit to our outgoing roommate via Zelle/venmo and that would be returned to you when you eventually move out.
