Unit has a private patio area. Smoking nor pets are permitted. A one year lease is required as well as each applicant must pay the fee for background/credit reports. Applicants must have excellent credit and a clear background check. I will not schedule a tour of the unit until the application has been submitted and you are preapproved to rent. One year lease required. Owner pays water and trash fee. Tenant pays for electric service.
