Both are available in early September. A quiet pet will be considered for the basement level room. Walk to restaurants, Marta train station, little five points, Candler Park, and Pullman Yard historic area. This is the perfect location and living here is an unforgettable experience. We're a mix of long time and new residents, and come from many backgrounds and ages. Rent INCLUDES all utilities and wifi. Plus paper towels, soap, milk, coffee, etc. Bathroom and kitchen is SHARED with other roommates. THERE'S NO PRIVATE BATHROOM IN THE SPACES FOR RENT. We try to keep things clean but there is wildlife and insects on the property. It's a natural environment. Single occupancy only (more than one person is not allowed, although guests are allowed). Security deposit is equal to a months rent. We have quiet hours here. We have fun sometimes, but this is NOT a place for excessive partying. Everyone MUST respect the peace and be a respectful roommate. This isn't a good fit for someone looking for a late night party house, drinks excessively, or likes to blast the music. We need proof of ability to pay rent (such as pay stub for 2.5x rent, disability, or savings of 8x rent). We check criminal and eviction history to look for major issues. References will also be required. There may also be an opportunity to talk with some of the current roommates to make sure that there's good compatibility and to answer as many questions as you have.
