No smoking is allowed and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. No pets and no parties are allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. The pool is seasonal and only open during summer.
