This cozy one bedroom apartment features hardwood floors in the living room, a carpeted bedroom, ample closet space, updated bathroom, gas stove and dishwasher in the kitchen, and great natural lighting from the north and south windows. Hillside Court has 24 hour emergency maintenance, controlled access entry, and is very pet friendly! We allow multiple pets and have no size restrictions. Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved. (No pit bulls or pit bull mixes.) We charge a non-refundable pet fee ($100 per cat, $200 per dog) and a monthly pet rent ($15 per cat, $25 per dog).
