    What the owner loves about this home
    What I love about this home is that it's truly a home away from home. It literally has everything we need, so there's no need to pack anything or worry about missing items. Our clothes, linens, towels—all are already there. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of, and the only thing we ever have to consider is a menu for meals. I also love that we have access to the river through our community's private dock. It's about a one-and-a-half-minute walk to reach the dock, which can accommodate up to four full-sized boats. We've even attached a water lily pad to the dock to relax on the water, and there's a ladder that makes it easy to get in and out of the water. You dent need a boat to enjoy the river; it's your backyard. In the grassy area near the dock, we've hosted barbecues and game nights. In all the 13 years we've lived there, we’ve never had issues with theft or property damage. Our neighbors are all retired, friendly, and look out for each other in a welcoming community. You will not be disappointed in purchasing your new home away from home.
