Very good deal for the money! Pheasant Run Apartments is a very nice complex with awesome amenities, including on-site laundry, clubhouse, and swimming pool. Maintenance staff is incredibly responsive, and the leasing office is always super helpful. This apartment is north-facing on the second floor - stays nice and cool in the summertime. Base rent is $524 per month, plus $30 for a 5' x 10' on-site storage unit. All utilities except electric & internet are included. FREE HEAT IS INCLUDED. Only 7 miles from Purdue's main campus, very close to Ivy Tech & Tippecanoe Mall. Applicants *may* be responsible for a $99 security deposit (depending on leasing office & the applicant) and $40 application fee. Plus you can keep the $99 security deposit that I first put down when I moved in. Pet owners: The first pet is FREE! I had a cat here previously, so the pet deposit is already paid for. NO EXTRA COST for a single dog or cat! A second pet is only a $100 flat fee. Lease is actually 7 months.
