Hello me and my wife have decided to move from Durango closer to family. We are selling our mobile home which is a 1987 Fleetwood. Its a very large mobile home and has everything hooked up. Right now the mobile home is in park which is in a beautiful area north of Durango in Hermosa. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of the bedrooms has been converted into a theater room. The floor has been updated to wood throughout most of it. Kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, washing machine and stove. Also there is pellet stove in the living room. The furnace was 2k alone and the front and back deck have been completely rebuilt. I have posted many pictures but there is so much more to show. Adding a simple ramp would make this home wheel chair accessible. We are very serious about selling and would give a discount to full payment up front. We have the title and all taxes are caught up. The only work needed is the skirt will need to be re done in the next couple years. Lot fee 550 per month which is low considering the area. Asking 50,000 but willing to listen to offers. If cleared with land owner we might be open to renting but would prefer to sell. A payment plan could be another option. THEY ALLOW ANIMALS ON PROPERTY BUT NO DOGS.
