This is a high end Airbnb mid-May through December but I am looking for someone to rent the house January through mid-May. All utilities are included in the monthly fee. Rent is due at the first of the month. The first month's rent, a non-refundable $300 cleaning fee, and security deposit are due before the renter takes possession of the house. The house is available January 3rd through May 15th, 2026. No pets and no smoking of any kind.
