This location is great for a number of reasons; some including: all units are provided with individual laundry machines in the basement. a kitchen, one dining room, one family room, two bedrooms, and one bath. Additionally, the house is within one to two minutes of walking to the train station -as well- two to four minutes from CVS. As you walk south and turn right, a small Chinese bakery will appear in sight. While taking a stroll around a mile (south east), you will eventually be stopped by the Stop&Shop grocery store on Newport Avenue. However, if you were to walk the same distance but north west, you'll end up by the rocky -but beautiful- Wollaston beach. We will be renting for $2400 dollars per month with water included. The available date to move in will be on September 1st (9/1/22). We are looking for steady-income families/ people, we hope to see you there! The owner pays only for water, and the appliances are new, the tenant is responsible for the repair deductible fee of $50. Tenant should pay on time.
