This property has been lovingly cared for and it shows. There was some minor damage to the metal roof over the porch, however, which will be repaired ASAP. Golf cart is included in sale, with new batteries, but the charger is not working. Storage area has not been emptied, but if the buyer wants the contents they can have everything. Otherwise, the seller will arrange for it to be cleaned out. The Polo Park community is a lovely place to live, with many wonderful amenities, and is conveniently located. FYI....Previous Contract for Sale and Purchase fell through, due to financing. But, Buyers had it inspected and appraised. I recommend a CASH sale, or securing a mortgage from Center State Bank, located at the entrance to Polo Park East.
