The home sits on 6 quiet acres with no nearby neighbors, so it stays calm and quiet throughout the day. The suite has a locking door, blackout curtains, a desk, microwave, mini fridge, and a TV, everything you need to settle in and feel at home. You're welcome to use the full kitchen, the cozy sunroom, and the patio where the mountains glow at sunrise and sunset. The hot tub is there whenever you need to unwind after a long shift. Both my husband and I travel extensively for work, so the house is yours to enjoy most of the time, with plenty of privacy and quiet. Utilities and Wi Fi are included, and if we are home, we are always respectful of your space and rest. There is ample parking, and the property has open space for outdoor activities. A fire circle and shooting backstop are available for responsible use only when we am home and present, to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Month to month lease. Minimum 3 month stay preferred. All utilities included. No smoking and no pets. Please notify me in advance if you plan to have a visitor. Tenant is expected to keep shared spaces tidy and clean up after themselves. Fire pit and shooting backstop may only be used when the owner is present. Quiet hours 10pm 7am. 30 day move out notice required.
