The apartment has 1,500sq ft~ total and washer and dryers are in-unit already. I am a renter looking for a roommate. I am not the property owner. The total current rent per month is $1,100, which would be split to $550 each between the two of us. LANDLORD TOLD ME: ""My criteria is monthly gross income 3x total rent, monthly debts + total rent 45% of gross monthly income, credit score 700, as well as a clean background check. I would need to see proof of income, a credit report, and background check. I will not be collecting an additional security deposit from the new roommate. I would be adding any potential takers to the existing lease through a simple addendum w/ the landlord. Per the existing lease: No smoking, and no pets.
