Many large pine and oak trees on the property keep the deer and turkey happy. Behind the cabin is a 10x14 storage shed with electric supplied. Cabins are located fairly distant from each other where you can just see them through the trees, so really quiet,... but neighboring cabins are close enough where we all look out for each other. We have over $94,000 invested (including a new roof a few years ago)....and are asking $71,900 at this time,...with an honest offer seriously considered.
