We have enjoyed raising our children in this community over the last three years. We have felt very safe and have thoroughly enjoyed access to the community's year round pool, Perdido Bay, and tennis/pickle ball courts just down the street. It's also a great neighborhood to walk. The home is only 15 minutes from the highly ranked Elberta Elementary and not a far drive from Johnson's Beach, NAS Pensacola, and downtown Pensacola. It is also a a wonderful community for those looking to retire and enjoy a slow pace life. There are numerous activities to be a part of in the Cove. This rental has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a washer and dryer hook up. We will consider pets on an individual basis. First months rent and security deposit are due upon the move in date. The play equipment in the backyard will be moved. The property will be available to rent beginning June 1. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking allowed. Pets will be considered on an individual basis.
