I don't know where to begin to describe this house. I guess I better begin by saying it does include the pasture behind the house with the barn...so you can bring horses! If you are a lover of old homes, you've GOT to see this one. Few houses have this much character. Much of the original character is intact such as the hardwood floors, doors, coffered ceiling and numerous buit-ins. This place did get a new roof, hardiboard siding and some period correct updates just a few years ago. There are a few things I want you to do when you see this place. Be sure to sit on the swing in the screened in front porch. Do open all the doors. All the rooms connect and I don't want you to miss anything. The 3rd bedroom is being used as the master bedroom closet with a laundry room. If you need it to be a 3rd bedroom again, you could relocate the laundry back to the basement. If you're not familiar with Stamping Ground, it is a cozy little town just a few minutes from Georgetown's bypass.
