Nice side yard big enough for a pool and or RV parking. Not all lots in this development are this fortunate. Plenty of room for gardening or other hobbies. Neighborhood Description This is a fantastic, quiet neighborhood in a planned community. Gererally there is a lot of pride-in-ownership present in the neighboring homes. There is a centrally located community use area that has a big field, and a walking/running track around the perimeter. Also there is a public library and elementry school adjacent to the area. The location is great...an easy jumping off point into Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage. Not terribly far from C.O.D. (too far to walk but not a bad drive)
