On Friday nights you can hear franklin high school band playing. Renter pays all utilities. 2 small animals allowed at my discretion. A 250. 00 deposit required can be split up over first 5 months. No smoking inside home but sun room is allowed. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of yard.
