I have a LARGE 4 bedroom apartment available in Valley Park. This is a great neighborhood! The unit is located 3 blocks away from Miller Park. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a foyer, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a recreational area in the basement. All of the flooring throughout the unit is new. In addition, the entire unit has been freshly painted. Kitchen cabinets are new. The refrigerator and stove are included as well as a brand new washer and dryer. There also is 1 parking space available. This apartment is for a large family. It's like two apartments in one. DISCLAIMER: SINCE I DECIDED TO ADD CROWN MOLDING THROUGHOUT THE ROOMS, THERE IS A LOT OF SAW DUST EVERYWHERE, WHICH IS MAKING THE PLACE LOOK VERY DIRTY! The pictures don't do the place justice.
