Cute little bungalow on the West side. The house will need some work, however, it was a habitable rental until recently, and has many features which will make it a good place to live. The roof will need new shingles, and there is a sag on one side of the bathroom, which means that a couple of floor joists will need to be replaced. Otherwise, the floor feels solid throughout. Many of the windows were replaced with dual paned windows, and the heater is a newer model. For additional comfort, the heat could be ducted into the bedrooms - through-mount wall fans provide the bedroom heat currently. The property did freeze, so plan on needing to replace a few breaks in the plumbing lines. The toilet tank also broke with the freeze. All the wet walls are close together, so the mechanical work should be quick to complete. Nice dead-end street, with a vacant lot next door and a good size back yard make this an affordable property with the potential for a decent little home. Small size can make for affordable utilities and single level means no stairs.
