Less than 2 blocks from (PCH) Pacific Coast Highway and the Beach. Large One Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, downstairs Apartment. Recently remodeled and Clean. Small building with lots of charm in quiet area. Neighbors are very friendly and Landlord is not a big Company or large Management Company. There is a garage in the back of the building and lots of street parking. There is a Coin Wash/Dryer in back of the Courtyard. Most animals are welcome, however, if your dogs bark continuously you would have to find another home for them. Dog Parents also need to pick up after their pets. No Pit Bulls of any kind are welcome. Renter is responsible for Gas, Electric and Cable. The lease is for a year and after that you can go month to month, but then both the renter and landlord can give the other a 30 day notice at anytime and Landlord can raise the rent during that month to month time as well. We prefer Non Smokers, due to the fact that we don't want smoking in the apartment and when people smoke outside it flows up to the other apartments and that is when we hear about it. People are now working from them homes more than ever so we would hope that our renters be considerate with the noise levels of their music/ TV's etc. That does not mean that you have to whisper and not have friends over and enjoy your place, it just means no constant blasting of sounds, etc. All our tenants love living there and it is home to them.
