The building has a live-in super and a friendly, helpful staff. The E train is nearby (3rd Ave. and 53rd St.) The Lexington Avenue subway is at 51st and Lexington Avenue. The Second avenue local bus and the Selectrcic bus are half a block away. The First and Third Avenue local bus and Selectric buses are a block and a half away.
