So PLEASE note that this listing is for someone who needs to rent monthly for 1 Month to 6 months from late Fall to early Spring. The monthly rental option is only available November 1st through April 30th, 2023 for 6 months or less. End date must be April 30th, 2023 as we already have short term rental's through Airbnb booked starting the first week in May of 2023 - through October 2023 so you will not be able to stay past the end of April. There is a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE Move in Security Deposit. This covers repairs or cleaning costs after you move out and holds the place for you until you are ready to move in. We have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. Sleeps 10 -12 comfortably. Our large decks, backyard and fire pit make our outdoor space a great place to come home to after work. All utilities, water, and WIFI are included in the monthly rent.
